Each dataset vintage, chart and publication is licensed under the terms in effect on its date of publication.
7.2 Attribution. Please credit as: "Source: SB, [series or paper identifier], vintage [YYYY-MM-DD], [DOI or URL]." If you modify our data, you must indicate that it has been modified and must not present modified data as ours. Attribution does not imply our endorsement. Attribution under any former name of the operator remains valid.
7.3 Exclusions. The following are not licensed under Section 7.1: (a) third-party content and data; (b) our names, logos and marks; (c) software, source code and site design; and (d) Proprietary Data.
7.4 Proprietary Data. All data and content that is not part of the Published Record is proprietary to us. This includes data available only via API, MCP, or authenticated or paid access; data before its publication; and raw, intermediate and internal datasets. It is provided only under separate written terms. Where a value delivered via API or MCP is also part of the Published Record, Section 7.1 applies to that value. No license arises from unauthorized access, or from republication of Proprietary Data by any third party.
7.5 No implied license. Except as expressly stated in this Section 7, no rights are granted.
We welcome indexing, crawling and use of the Published Record by search engines and AI systems, including for training and retrieval, subject to Section 7. All users receive the same published values. Corrections and revisions are published in the Published Record. Paid or programmatic access may provide data earlier, at greater granularity or in higher volume, but never different values.
